Delivery Charges & Information

Delivery times are shown on each product page based on stock availability. If your delivery date changes, we’ll contact you with an updated timeframe. Orders containing multiple items are shipped together once all items are in stock, so please allow for the longest availability date.

Each product page shows whether an item is in stock or available from a future date. Delivery estimates are based on this information. If items in your order have different availability dates, your order will be despatched when all items are ready.

You can view the status of your order at any time through your online account in the Orders section, when you’ve signed in. For more detailed tracking updates, follow the link to the courier’s website and enter your tracking number that can be found within your account. The courier will provide the most up-to-date delivery information. 

Any delivery requirements – such as signatures, redelivery options or safe‑place settings – are shown on the courier’s website. Once your parcel has been despatched, you can manage your delivery directly through the courier’s tracking page.

If there is a problem with your order, this will be shown in your account under Orders If you need further help or if something doesn’t look right, please contact our Customer Services team and we’ll be happy to assist.

No. For security reasons, your order will always be delivered to the same address as your billing address. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any local taxes, import duties or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total.

No, we cannot deliver Digital products outside of the UK.

Yes; delivery charges for the Channel Islands vary and are shown in the delivery table.

Yes. All orders to Hong Kong have a fixed delivery charge of £35.00.
